Cancellation Policy

📌 Important Booking Policy Booking Windows: Services are booked in 1-hour delivery blocks to reduce travel time and ensure prompt service. Same-Day Service: Must be booked at least 1 hour in advance of your chosen time block. Service Radius: All errands within Macon city limits and up to 7 miles are included. ➡️ Beyond 7 miles: $1–$2 per extra mile. Travel Fees (Outside Macon): A small fee ($5–$10) may apply depending on distance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: ✅ 24+ hours notice → full refund or reschedule ⚠️ Less than 24 hours → 50% fee 🚫 No-show → no refund Rush Fee: +$5 for 1-hour requests (when available). Refunds: Not available for missed time slots unless rescheduled in advance. Prohibited Items: Controlled substances, alcohol (unless legal & verified), and items requiring ID unless pre-arranged. Fragile items, open beverages, or liquid containers over 16 oz are not accepted. 💰 Payment & Prepaid Policy Full Payment: All services are prepaid at the time of booking. Business Services & Light Shopping: Service fees are prepaid. For errands involving purchases, clients must: Prepay an estimated shopping budget via our booking system, or Provide store account credit (where available), or Send a digital e-gift card by email. Errand Queen does not cover item costs out of pocket. Receipts will always be provided. Any unused balance will be refunded or credited toward your next service. 📦 Package Weight Policy 0–20 lbs → Included 21–25 lbs → +$10 Over 25 lbs → ❌ Not accepted Multiple heavy packages → $10 fee per item over 20 lbs ⚠️ Important: At this time, I do not deliver fragile or large liquid items (glass, breakables, or large bottled goods) to ensure safety and avoid damage. 👑 How It Works Book Your Service → Choose your errand type online or by phone. Prepay Service Fee → Covers time, travel (up to 7 miles), and handling. Shopping Costs → Clients must prepay a shopping budget through our system, provide store account credit, or send an e-gift card. Delivery & Completion → Errands completed securely and on time; receipts always provided. 📦 Travel & Service Radius Included: All errands within Macon city limits and up to 7 miles. Additional Mileage: $1–$2 per mile beyond 7 miles. Service Area: Macon only.
