Service Description
🚚 Grocery Delivery (Prepaid Orders Only) Whether you've placed an online order with Walmart, Publix, Kroger, or Target, Errand Queen will pick up and deliver your groceries safely and on time. ✔ Prepaid orders only ✔ 1-hour delivery window ✔ Service area: Macon city limits & up to 7 miles (beyond 7 miles: $1–$2 per additional mile) Customer Must Provide: • Store name & location • Order number and/or pickup code • Pickup window time • Delivery address and gate code (if applicable) • Preferred contact method (Text or Call) • Add Roselaine Joseph (The Truetide LLC) designated pickup person as an authorized pickup contact on the store order before the scheduled pickup time Important: • Orders must be prepaid through the retailer. • Clients are responsible for ensuring pickup authorization is properly added to their order. • Delays caused by missing pickup authorization may result in additional wait-time fees or rescheduling. Heavy Items: • Standard grocery items, including bottled water, pet food, and household supplies, are accepted. • Additional handling fees may apply for multiple heavy items or upper-floor apartment deliveries. ⚠️ Service fees cover time, pickup, and delivery only. Clients are responsible for all grocery costs. 💰 Shopping Funds Policy For custom shopping services, clients must provide the estimated purchase budget before shopping begins. Funds may be provided through our booking system, store credit, prepaid orders, approved digital payment methods, or retailer gift cards. Errand Queen does not purchase items out of pocket. Receipts are provided for all purchases. Any unused balance will be refunded or credited toward a future service. For prepaid store pickup orders, clients must add Roselaine Joseph as an authorized pickup person when required by the retailer.
Cancellation Policy
📌 IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY Booking Windows: Services are scheduled in 1-hour blocks to ensure efficient routing and timely service. Same-Day Service: Must be booked at least 1 hour before the requested time block. Service Area: Macon city limits and up to 7 miles included. Additional mileage may be charged at $1–$2 per mile. Service available within Macon area only. Travel Fees: A small fee ($5–$10) may apply for locations outside the standard service radius. Cancellations & Rescheduling: ✅ 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule ⚠️ Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee 🚫 No-show: No refund Rush Requests: +$5 fee for 1-hour service requests, when available. Refunds: Not available for missed appointments unless rescheduled in advance. Restricted Items: Controlled substances, illegal items, alcohol (unless legally permitted and pre-approved), items requiring ID verification, fragile glass items, open beverages, or oversized liquid containers. 💰 PAYMENT POLICY All services are prepaid at the time of booking. For shopping errands, clients must provide: • A prepaid shopping budget through our booking system • Store account credit (when available), or • A digital e-gift card Clients are responsible for all purchase costs. Errand Queen does not pay for purchases out of pocket. Receipts are always provided. Any unused shopping balance will be refunded or credited toward a future service. 📦 HEAVY ITEM POLICY Standard grocery, retail, and household items are accepted, including bottled water, pet food, and cat litter. • Items over 50 lbs require prior approval. • Additional handling fees may apply for multiple heavy items. • Additional fees may apply for upper-floor apartment deliveries, buildings without elevators, or extended carrying distances. • We reserve the right to decline items that present a safety risk due to weight, size, or accessibility concerns. 👑 HOW IT WORKS Book your service online or by phone. Prepay the service fee. Provide shopping funds, store credit, or an e-gift card (if purchases are needed). We complete your errand and provide receipts upon completion.
