Errand Queen will shop for and deliver your office essentials quickly and accurately. ✔ All services are prepaid ✔ Clients are responsible for all supply costs ✔ Flat fee: $25–$35 (includes up to 1 hour and up to 7 miles) ✔ Additional time: $10–$15 per 30 minutes ✔ Additional mileage fees may apply beyond 7 miles Pickup Authorization: For prepaid orders, clients must add Roselaine Joseph as an authorized pickup person when required by the retailer. Clients are responsible for ensuring pickup authorization is properly added before the scheduled pickup time. Delays caused by missing authorization may result in additional wait-time fees or rescheduling. Whether you need pens, paper, printer ink, shipping supplies, or other office essentials, we'll handle the shopping so you can stay focused on your business. 📌 Service Policy • Service Area: Macon city limits and up to 7 miles included. Additional mileage fees may apply beyond 7 miles. • Prepaid Service: Payment is required at the time of booking. • Shopping Funds: Clients are responsible for all purchase costs through store credit, prepaid funds, or approved payment methods. • Time Allowance: Standard service includes up to 1 hour. Additional time is billed at $10–$15 per 30 minutes. • Heavy Items: Additional handling fees may apply for multiple heavy items or oversized office equipment. Items exceeding 50 lbs require prior approval. • Restrictions: Fragile glass items, hazardous materials, open beverages, and unsealed liquid containers are not accepted. Fast, reliable, and hassle-free — keeping your office stocked and running smoothly.
Cancellation Policy
📌 IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY Booking Windows: Services are scheduled in 1-hour blocks to ensure efficient routing and timely service. Same-Day Service: Must be booked at least 1 hour before the requested time block. Service Area: Macon city limits and up to 7 miles included. Additional mileage may be charged at $1–$2 per mile. Service available within Macon area only. Travel Fees: A small fee ($5–$10) may apply for locations outside the standard service radius. Cancellations & Rescheduling: ✅ 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule ⚠️ Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee 🚫 No-show: No refund Rush Requests: +$5 fee for 1-hour service requests, when available. Refunds: Not available for missed appointments unless rescheduled in advance. Restricted Items: Controlled substances, illegal items, alcohol (unless legally permitted and pre-approved), items requiring ID verification, fragile glass items, open beverages, or oversized liquid containers. 💰 PAYMENT POLICY All services are prepaid at the time of booking. For shopping errands, clients must provide: • A prepaid shopping budget through our booking system • Store account credit (when available), or • A digital e-gift card Clients are responsible for all purchase costs. Errand Queen does not pay for purchases out of pocket. Receipts are always provided. Any unused shopping balance will be refunded or credited toward a future service. 📦 HEAVY ITEM POLICY Standard grocery, retail, and household items are accepted, including bottled water, pet food, and cat litter. • Items over 50 lbs require prior approval. • Additional handling fees may apply for multiple heavy items. • Additional fees may apply for upper-floor apartment deliveries, buildings without elevators, or extended carrying distances. • We reserve the right to decline items that present a safety risk due to weight, size, or accessibility concerns. 👑 HOW IT WORKS Book your service online or by phone. Prepay the service fee. Provide shopping funds, store credit, or an e-gift card (if purchases are needed). We complete your errand and provide receipts upon completion.
